The software is easy to use and has great functionality. It's very customizable which makes it easier to adapt to your business needs. It's also pretty affordable compared to other solutions out there. There's not much I dislike about this product. It has all of the things that we need in order to run our business smoothly. The only thing I could say is that the customer service can be improved upon. They do have live chat but it doesn't always work properly. This is one of those tools you should consider having for any office or small business. We're able to keep track of projects and tasks with ease. We've been able to cut down on staff meetings by being able to easily see who's working on what project at any given time.
