I would give it 5 stars apart from some tightening issues. Two things to know: 1.) Some say they don't fit their handlebars, which may be true. I started thinking the same thing. Until I realized that when tightening the expansion screw with the included Allen wrench, the expansion screw also turned, preventing it from expanding. So I just applied some force when tightening, and it began to expand and tighten quite securely into my Schwinn Fremont handlebars. 2.) The last adjustment will most likely be the actual mirror connection. This hinge allows you to grab the mirror and position it exactly where you want. In my case, I wasn't able to tighten this glans bolt and nut the way I wanted. After using the bushing and adding a small washer for the glans nut, I tightened it just to what appeared to be the breaking point. However, the mirror could not be "locked". I rode 5km yesterday and had no problems. I believe the mirror is designed to be snug but can adjust quickly or "give" a bit if you hit a limb, drop your bike, or hit it while parking. These are by far the best mirrors I have ever used. and the first with all-metal fittings. I will buy another set for my wife's bike.
