First I would like to say that it fits snugly without having to take the watch apart. He sits so evenly that it seems like the watch was made that way. Same material as some phone cases. I like that I can change color while protecting my watch. I like how the buttons are positioned so that my training gloves don't press the button which causes the watch to pause/stop recording my workout. (I wear my watch on my left wrist) So far for the negatives: dirt and debris can get inside, if you have a dog resetting the bet you'll occasionally find fur crawling under the screen protector. Don't let this bug hold you back as it doesn't happen often unless you're digging in the dirt. The best screen protector I've ever bought.
