Quality is excellent, very plump and well designed. The skirt is very small and for fuller women you definitely need to wear it over your head. I have a 29" waist and a 44 hips, I usually run a medium XL size, it fits well but I have to pull it over my head because it doesn't go over my hips. I hate the fact that the elastic around the waist keeps tipping
