The concept is good. But you have to force the chair back to the down position. Plastic composite wears out quickly if you do it daily because you have a small office (but isn't that the point of a chair that folds up and tucks under a desk?). Also, the chair broke the first time I leaned back. And I don't mean that I kicked my feet while fooling around. I stretch my neck more and lean back slightly. Pop! It's collapsing. A slightly reclined chair shouldn't break easily. Unsuitable material for furniture. The best part? NOW YOU EXPECT ME TO RETURN IT AT MY EXPENSE AND YOUR RETURN TO LONDON?! How does Revain deal with these people?
