I bought a DreamCloud mattress and slept on it for a month while researching mattress pads. This is a cashmere top and I didn't know how to make it any better but I wanted a pillow with the same comfort as this mattress. I researched everything I could find. Thought I'd go with the wool but didn't want to spend more than $350 on a pad! Reviews of a cheaper product said it fell apart in the wash. My brother told me that he got free bamboo sheets with the memory foam mattress and told me how comfortable they are. I googled bamboo mattress pads and found these. I read all the reviews and I liked the protection it offers WITHOUT THE NOISE. I've had it for a few weeks now. LOVE IT! The best pad I've ever had! Comfortable, not hot, not noisy.
