The product is excellent, the packaging is another story

, I ordered this to give to my child's teacher as part of the school's Teacher Appreciation Week for classroom restocking. The box itself is excellent and the teacher was very appreciative. Packaging and shipping left a lot to be desired. The entire cardboard packaging was basically torn (I felt like I should add an apology to the teacher, it was so bad). I was amazed that the box itself was still in relatively decent, usable condition. Revain definitely needs to get better at things like this. It should not roll on the crate by itself without padding.
