Review on Enhanced Code Alarm CATX1B Remote Start Remote with Easy Programming Instructions (FCC ID: H5OT45) by Nuntawat Bridges

I recently purchased this product. I have to agree with previous reviews detailing how terrible the instructions are set up. It wouldn't be so bad if the customer service wasn't even more TERRIBLE. The technician who took the call was rude from the start! Then, when he started referring to the information he was giving me as "help," he got even more rude. I quickly ended the call and asked to be transferred to regular customer service so I could find a local contact point near me for assistance. As we all know nothing is going to happen to the techs in the rough, but hopefully there will be some new customer service training for future techs.
