After my son lost both of my remotes I was very lucky to find this remote on Amazon and it was really easy and straightforward to program. saved my life

Button works as advertised but instructions are very simple. We had to take it to where they install it so they can figure out where the reset button is since it's an aftermarket starter.

I bought this to replace mine which just lost economy. It was very easy to connect to my autostarter after some googling. They could be a bit clearer in the instructions. All in all it works great. I haven't had any issues since comparing it to my system.

When I bought my new Ford Escape, one of the two remote start tags was broken. As you might have guessed, with a quick receipt of a new one just a few days after ordering, as well as easy programming instructions, I was very happy with the new one.

Works great, programming instructions are easy. Only 3 steps, I had programmed it in less than 30 seconds. 1) Turn on the ignition with the key 2) Press and hold the "Valet” button on the antenna unit until the parking lights start flashing (about 10 seconds) 3) Press the transmitter power button Done.

This remote start transmitter button could not be programmed because it was defective. It didn't light up when pressed, so we thought it was the battery. We tried replacing the battery but that didn't work either. We contacted the seller and they said it could just be a defective transmitter so they sent it back.

I recently purchased this product. I have to agree with previous reviews detailing how terrible the instructions are set up. It wouldn't be so bad if the customer service wasn't even more TERRIBLE. The technician who took the call was rude from the start! Then, when he started referring to the information he was giving me as "help," he got even more rude. I quickly ended the call and asked to be transferred to regular customer service so I could find a local contact point near me for…

The remote control is a perfect replacement for my worn out one. I programmed it after calling the tech support number (provided) with some pretty obscure instructions. Expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes on the line. If someone answers you, you can expect a rude and unfriendly voice on the other end of the line.
