Never really worked!

I bought this router in November 2019 and it never worked. It drops the internet connection, although the control panel shows a stable signal and everything works. This happens several times an hour several times a day. The disconnect can last 30 seconds or 10 minutes. I tried 4 different telecom providers/chips and got the same results. Support representatives, especially Mansi Ye, have made every effort to resolve this issue. but it seems to be an ineffective product. I give up :(
