I started making mosaics for various crafts and gifts. This cutter is really sharp so be careful and gloves really help especially when working with this cutter and the glass. I have used this cutter for both large and small pieces of glass. Before using it, I make sure to draw what and where I'm going to cut. With this cutter I can easily follow my lines and cut out the shapes and designs I want to use. There were only a handful of times I had to go over my line twice, but then I started using them. You need to apply pressure when using this, but not too hard. Enough to break glass. I have a tool to break the glass but without this cutter it makes things a little more difficult. I've made quite a few with this cutter so far and I love how easy it is to cut glass.
