Replaced both drive doors on his Astro. One has clearly been replaced before, the other appears to be OEM. I used the supplied nutplates (set on the tin nutplates) as the rivets provided were too small to use. They caused the drive to block the window regulator. Poorly. I had to use a nut/bolt/washer combination. Also pull the door leaf away from the window (at the location of the drive). Use a large heavy duty washer on the inside (van) of the door; Use an equal or smaller shim in the [door cavity]. Tighten the nut until the metal is level. Using a vise (a bit like a slide hammer), pull on the end of the bottle a few times until you get a flatter surface. Test until it works.
