
I bought this because of good reviews. I've been using it almost continuously for several days. I understand that every product changes with time and temperature; But using their manual in directions doesn't dehydrate the food. I have fresh basil from my garden. He suggests leaving the herbs at 100-115 degrees for 4-6 hours. I did it twice. Now I've set it for another 10 hours - 18 hours total, all at 115 degrees. In the photo you can see that the basil is still wet and not ready for storage. I had the same experience with diced pepperoni and sage. Very disappointing.
