Bought a bottle cage for my daughter's bike. Many bikes these days have pre-drilled holes for a bottle cage. Unfortunately, the Huffy we chose for my daughter is not alone. I have all the necessary tools for drilling and tapping. My only concern was drilling into the frame and whether it would compromise the bike's structural integrity. This is a long story about how I came to look for alternatives and how I ended up buying the TOOVREN holder. I trusted the reviews and pulled the trigger. and I'm glad I did. One of my pre-purchase concerns was whether it would actually be able to hold a water bottle on a moving bike; I mean there is nothing on either end to prevent it from sliding up or down. However, the rubberized coating is very grippy. The holder does not move easily on the bike's frame and the bottle stays in the holder when buckled. It has been used regularly for the last 6 months and is still holding up very well.
