Review on 🗑️ CLEESINK Garbage Disposal Air Switch Kit - Sink Top Waste Disposer On/Off Switch with Aluminum Alloy Power Module (Long Brushed Stainless Steel Button) by Joe Montalvo

My choice was to install a new wall switch (a lot of work) or use this solution as my old option was a magnetic switch (needs to insert the sink's magnetic connector from the top to work. No external switch necessary). This device was relatively easy to install. The hardest part was finding the right place to drill a hole in the tabletop for the butt button. I had to attach the outlet and outlet cover to the junction box under the sink since it was there before. Alternatively, I could connect the air switch directly across the junction box by cutting off the output connector. I went with an AC outlet so I could add ground fault detection. (See pictures for installation). This solution takes up some space, but since everything is under the sink and against the back wall, it doesn't bother. until you press the plunger switch again. It surprises some people at first, but after a few uses you figure it out. A cool product that I didn't know about before. Well!
