Description of πŸ—‘οΈ CLEESINK Garbage Disposal Air Switch Kit - Sink Top Waste Disposer On/Off Switch with Aluminum Alloy Power Module (Long Brushed Stainless Steel Button)

HOW TO CHOOSE BUTTON – For better fitting, please choose the SHORT/2" or the LONG/2.5" button depending on the thickness of your countertop. In most cases, SHORT is for a stainless steel sink top and LONG is for thick countertop like granite, marble, quartz. SAFETY & SECURITY – The Power-supply Cords are attested by UL for security and long-term use. Suitable for voltages from 110V to 130V. EASY TO INSTALL – No tools are required for installation. The diameter of the countertop hole should be between 1 1/4" and 1 3/4". It is suitable for standard sinkhole for soap dispenser, otherwise you need to drill a hole by yourself. EXCELLENT COMPATIBILITY – It can work with any brand of garbage disposals(≀2HP), perfectly well for Waste King, ISE, Moen, GE and so on. NOTIFICATION – Please cut the excess hose, do not coil up the excess hose between the button and the power module, as that will make the switch unreliable.

Home Depot is charging about $60 for the ISE version of this

Edit: Been 3 years with no problems. Home Depot wants something like $60 for the ISE version of this. The only difference I can tell is that they have two outlets if you want... two outlets. under the sink. I just installed this, it was pretty easy and it comes with plenty of cord and hose (you could probably cut the hose off if you had too much). They give you these cute little 1/4" screws to fasten with, which went straight to the garage along with my other orphaned fasteners, and I replaced…

Great item but cheap touch button / died quickly

Works very well, easy to use and install. My only issue is that the button is large and feels and looks cheap. I had one that works with a magnetic collar under the sink and the magnetic plug goes in to summon it. It didn't work anymore. I attached and installed magnets on the collar under the sink and it works great. I think it doesn't need batteries because it clicks when pressed and should generate a small electrical charge. All in all a really good product. Update: This article failed after

Wireless switch exceeded all expectations

This review refers to the wireless garbage switch. more traditional air breakers that require you to drill a hole in the counter. But it was fast, very easy, and very accessible, so I gave it a try. But when I got the switch I decided to play with the placement and eventually decided not to put it on the countertop. Instead, I put it in the top drawer next to the sink, right on the back of the drawer so it doesn't get in the way of using the drawer. There it is completely invisible, works great

AWESOME garbage chute switch! Say goodbye to your confusing wall switch!

These desktop air switches are best after bread cutting. When remodeling my kitchen I included one of these, it was easy! There are always 2 switches next to the sink, one for disposal, one for light, and no one knows which is which! Instead, I converted the disposer into an extra outlet (you can always use extra outlets in the kitchen!) and included an air breaker. I made a hole in the granite myself. The switch itself is exactly 1 1/4 inches in diameter. I drilled the standard 1 3/8" hole…

A clean solution, easy to install by a jack of all trades.

My choice was to install a new wall switch (a lot of work) or use this solution as my old option was a magnetic switch (needs to insert the sink's magnetic connector from the top to work. No external switch necessary). This device was relatively easy to install. The hardest part was finding the right place to drill a hole in the tabletop for the butt button. I had to attach the outlet and outlet cover to the junction box under the sink since it was there before. Alternatively, I could connect…

Works well. Do not coil up excess tubing.

Works well. Do not coil excess tubing between the button and control module as this will make the switch unreliable. The coil must somehow prevent airflow to the control module. Either cut off the excess hose or set it aside without bending it too much. Update October 24: After the glowing report, the button started working and didn't activate the switch. I tried cutting off the excess air tubing, thinking the extra tubing length was still causing problems. This worked for several days before…

This item is ideal for those who don't want to break through walls to install an outlet somewhere near the sink. Not to mention that its tech is kind of neat. The button works precisely because of the air pressure. Installation is so easy it took me no more than 5 minutes. All I did was figure out where in the kitchen sink cabinet I needed the outlet and screw it (the outlet) to the back wall. I then drilled a hole big enough for the button to fit snugly through and attached a lag screw to the…
