The only reason I didn't give 5 stars everywhere is . Our "Ball Valve" worked perfectly and I didn't see the point of "fixing" it, so I didn't need a "Ball Valve" gasket. The little plastic piece(?) was easy to install after I broke the first one (another purchase) trying to "get it right!" I'm sure a "pro" would object will raise and how easy it is to replace, which I agree with. currently. Therefore, be careful when aligning the spring tension arm (actuating mechanism) and the contact point of the protrusion that moves the ball valve. Once you've successfully installed this part, it's really easy to do it again! Just CAREFULLY pay attention to the Assemble Everything step at the end of the installation! :-)
