You can't go wrong with Russell Athletic. The material is thick enough not to get too hot in cool weather. I have a very naughty child of 11 years old. He complained that other brands' jackets or jogging pants looked weird on the inside after washing (the pilling that comes with the cheaper material) and ended up refusing to wear them. Never with this brand. This jacket is easy to wash and has no material defects. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a well made lightweight zip up jacket.
