Nice, thick and easy to install
Loved the thick Fel-Pro gasket. Because this exhaust port is wide (encloses two pipes) and held together by only three bolts, a slight misalignment between the front and rear exhaust sections is inevitable. This lack of perfect surface-to-surface contact is normal, but thinner pads may not fill it in completely and fail after a few thousand miles on the road. The Fel-Pro provides enough meat for you to tighten the sleeve and be assured of a good seal. The bolt hole cutting "paste" feature doesn't work for everyone, but it does provide reassembly options.
