Review on Bushcraft Survival Wrench: WEYLAND Settlers Tool for Thriving Outdoors by Aaron Schultz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

No other tool like this for Size

I have a life preserver that I made from these items: (1) Buck GCK Combat Knife (2) Weyland Settler Auger Tool (3) Small Combat Type First Aid Kit, (4) a small clip-on Streamlight 14024 Sidewinder airplane light; and (5) a small water bottle. The belt is designed to be worn quickly around the waist like a gun belt, but the idea is that in a situation where you can only carry a small survival kit where you are limited in weight and size, and then find yourself in a situation where you need to drill a 1 inch hole and assemble a canopy or small survival shelter out of sticks and small branches, then this is the must have tool, Weyland Settler's Tool. I have hatchets and such and larger knives, but none of them can poke holes, and this tool will get you building a makeshift shelter with holes and pins faster than anything else. And the tool only weighs about 12 ounces. GREAT.
