Does anyone know what the hook at the top of the back is for? It does not make sense. However, they hold up quite well without being attached to the headrest. Cases look good when they are well made. If, as announced, there is a few millimeters of memory foam somewhere, it is not noticeable at all. They felt a bit stiff and stiff when first installed, but after about 1200 miles at 90-100°+ they broke down a bit. They smelled a little like rubber when they were first installed, but not anymore (3 weeks). I like the support and yes for me they make the seat a lot cooler I think mainly due to the pleat design. The headrest part is pretty ridiculous. I can't imagine it will fit most cars but it's ok who needs a hard seat cover that looks like a potholder. I use it for lumbar support and it really supports my lower back very well. So far I have not regretted the purchase. I just wish someone could tell me how to attach the back panel to the headrest or wherever that little hook is supposed to be attached.
