When ordering this product, be sure to keep the original packaging throughout the warranty period and at least during the return/replacement window upon purchase. Work with the manufacturer to obtain an RMA of a memory kit if one of the sticks fails after a week of use. The whole RMA process becomes ten times more difficult because they cannot communicate effectively in English. Overall the process is very confusing and there are no updates or a way to review the process.
