When ordering this product, be sure to keep the original packaging throughout the warranty period and at least during the return/replacement window upon purchase. Work with the manufacturer to obtain an RMA of a memory kit if one of the sticks fails after a week of use. The whole RMA process becomes ten times more difficult because they cannot communicate effectively in English. Overall the process is very confusing and there are no updates or a way to review the process.

Worked perfectly with my Ryzen 1600. I've been trying to get more than 2133 on my Trident Z RGB 3000MHz RAM since I completed the build about 8 months ago but have no dice. I originally bought a bundle (2 x 8GB) and put them in slots 2 and 4 according to the motherboard instructions. Everything was good. The RGB was fully lit and in sync with my other ARGB lights. This ram worked with no issues on my Ryzen 1500x processor with Corsair LPX ram modules unsticked but then one of the ram sticks came out of the Coarsair Kit bad and then I tried this kit in a client build I worked fine so I also bought a set of these T group modules and worked in my build with no problems! I would recommend this RAM kit if you are looking for Ryzen compatible memory.
