This extension does what it says on the tin - it provides a solid 5.5" extension for Munchkin children's goals. Only issue is that it is about 1/4 inch shorter (in height) to fit snugly in the openings in the gate. Assembly should be very easy, but once you line up the top or bottom, the extension will be too short for another to fit. I was able to get it through most of the way but ended up having to use a rubber mallet to finish it down to the last inch or so. It is very secure now, but this will slightly warp the top and bottom bars. Please note that unlike some other browsers, I received adapters that should have been included. Also note that I would recommend this Munchkin gate to anything Regalo does any day of the week.
