I have suffered from severe RLS for at least 35 years. During this time all possible means were tried, drug and non-drug. After all this time, a cure has finally been found that works, although there may still be mild symptoms that disrupt sleep shortly after bedtime. At night when they occur I get up, use this product for 20-30 minutes, go back to sleep and stay awake for the rest of the night. It really helped. The only downside is the time it takes to turn it on and off and connect all the different hoses and connectors. It's a bit tedious, but the end result is worth it.
