I connected it to my phone I it worked for a day. Now it won't work. I haven't been able to pair it with my two Garmin Edge computers yet. Tech support suggested changing the battery (straight out of the box?). I've had 2 previous farm belts (simple) that never needed a battery change (over 7 years). I lost every strap. I'm leaving. Replaced the battery and still can't pair anything. The phone says it's connected, but HR doesn't show up in the Health app. Can't get Edge to recognize the monitor. Now we are awaiting further instructions from technical support via email. I feel like I've wasted a lot of time and money so far. I'll update if I ever get it working. If it doesn't work, it will be sent back.
