Impressive value for a 1440p monitor

I've never tried high refresh rate monitors before and, frankly, the responsiveness is incredible. I had low expectations when purchasing this monitor, but reviewers kept mentioning the different refresh rates, so I took the risk as I needed a second monitor for my workflow. Black text isn't as sharp as on a 4k monitor, but due to the 1440p resolution, you can't really tell the difference on anything else. I can't find words for how much better my experience with this monitor has become. In my opinion the colors need to be adjusted immediately and the brightness increased to around 90% to be acceptable, but with these changes the experience is nothing short of wonderful and well worth the asking price I paid for it. I used the video presentation of the monitor provided by the technical reviewers to figure out what needs changing (each block will be different). The price of the monitor for me at the time of purchase was $250 (excluding tax) and at that price there was/is no better deal than this monitor for most. Highly recommended for those who want to try high refresh rates, those who need a second monitor and are willing to make it their primary monitor, or those who just want to replace and upgrade their monitor.
