Best Customer Service of All Time !! Incredibly Easy to Use
The support team really helps you out with any questions or concerns that arise while using this product; they are always willing & waiting! I love how easy it was setup up my website (website builder) as well as facebook page integration which makes setting messages easier than ever before!! Also loved all integrations we had available from our site builders such as Instagram/Facebook ads etc..
We have not found anything at least so far that would make us dislike manychat but if there were no complaints i think everything could be great. Try It Out. ! You will see why its an awesome tool because nothing beats having your customer's attention via chat rather then sending them emails, texts ect...
Pros
- How quick to deploy once done just one click for each individual element needed within system like email, text messaging notifications along side social media sites including Facebook Ads / Twitter adverts too!!! Everything is extremely user friendly when used correctly making sure clients feel connected 24 hours day 7 days week 365 per year even more especially during holiday seasons where communication can take precedence over others in general life schedule schedules holidays events birthdays special occasions
