I use a Baofeng radio at work and need a new headset. It gets the job done, but the difference in volume between the radio and the headset is quite sensitive. So if the radio isn't loud enough, you might not hear it through the headset, and a little too loud will turn the headset LOTS loud too. He does his job well enough that I don't hate him, but bad enough that I don't like him. That's a hard "me".
