Came off first time I used it.

I prepped a new surf board and applied this deck pad and I noticed right away that the stick was coming off the pad in the edges as I was putting it on. Once I got it done, the pad seemed to be ok, but when I took the board out for the first time, the pad started coming off the board in 10 minutes.
