Got this for my husband for Christmas. He really wanted to have this unit installed in his 2018 Ram 2500 Laramie Truck but decided to return it after figuring out how it would replace the factory unit. It comes with a lot of hardware, but the device will end up using the factory-installed hardware and apps that we're used to, such as: B. Bluetooth overhead microphone, travel assist, GPS antenna, satellite radio, AT&T WiFi integration, etc. It was without a doubt the best 10.4-inch screen in the range, but it wasn't worth the factory 8-inch -Replacing the screen to give up so many functions. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ per unit. The Linkswell salesman was absolutely fantastic. They responded to our questions very quickly and made the return process very easy. I hope the return process is quick. But as it is. Absolutely no complaints about their service! Extra ⭐️ for their customer service. Maybe we'll give this device a generation or two to see if they can improve its integration into factories.
