I have two boys aged 7 and 9 and they love punching and kicking this thing. I had to implement a no grab rule after they did it in the previous strike. It had a slow leak after a week, and it's slow enough that I couldn't find it (I rolled this thing in the tub for about an hour), but it's easy enough to fix with a pump. The pump is fairly cheap and can't take much shear, but it filled two inflatable sections in less than 9 minutes. The hose is too short to reach the valve at the top, so you'll need to terminate it at the wall. I filled the base with water - this section also has an air valve - and it worked great. After the bag started leaking, I began to worry about water leaking out, so I decided to replace it with sand, which is where my real sand-clumping adventures began. You want dry sand, not play sand. I'm still in the middle of my sand drying project and it looks like I can fit most of the half cubic foot I bought there, but the product could use more sand related info like dry sand usage and how much would be required.
