If you really love pasta, don't make it easy on yourself!

If you really love making pasta at home, don't look for the easy way! Be stubborn. Be stupid. Take your time and cut everything by hand! Get cramps, get pompous about doing it "by hand," or whatever you like. However, if you really love homemade pasta, get this pasta cutter. I used to cut the noodles with my hands until they were crowded. Then I stopped. Then I got myself a manual pasta cutter and made it once. Now I will imitate the dealers. Cut lines in pasta like it's an addiction! I LOVE THIS THING! After using it once, I was only annoyed that I made the pasta dough too wet. But once I started cooking it, why would I go back to packaged pasta! This is a lame, tasteless, bland dish that takes too long to prepare. In fact, I've made Whole Wheat Berry Pasta and Einkorn Pasta in the time it took me to go to the store, buy a box of pasta, stand in line, get home, turn on the water and then to cook it for 8 - 11 minutes indicated on the packaging. Now that I've made it once, I know I can cook pasta in the time it takes me to go to the store. Cleaning was a waste. With a hinged lid, I can get into cracks and crevices that other nozzles can't reach. Also, the instructions provided are actually clear and concise, with no major translation issues. They don't have to find out what was meant by the words they chose. Next for me is another attachment for making noodles and other shaped noodles. Because why do it by hand when everything is brittle and it's quicker and easier to do it at home with a machine. and cheaper than any other way!
