I needed something like this to keep my truck's headlights off the air as I installed a 2" leveling kit in front and when towing my boat. The material of the bag itself seems a bit flimsy, but I think I remember the old school heavy rubber bags that were on the market back then. You don't need many tools for this job. Head 13 with a short extension to remove the bumper, a couple of wrenches. I used my 3/8 air wrench with a deep socket for U-bolts. Also trim off excess bolt threads using the cutting wheel on my Dewalt.
