My laptop is getting old and won't connect to Wi-Fi or is getting a very weak signal while other devices in our house are connecting just fine. I don't know exactly what the problem is, but I suspected that the internal Wi-Fi card might be failing. So I ordered this to see if it would help and it works great. My laptop is now picking up Wi-Fi at full capacity and there are no lags, so it seems to be working exactly as I was hoping. I had a little trouble installing it initially as it came with an installation CD and I don't have a CD drive. I went to the site to download the driver and it didn't work the first time. I tried it a second time and it worked. In general I am very happy.
