Must be included in every orthopedic case with clear aligners.
She instructed patients to put on aligners and, if possible, to chew their front teeth for 10-15 minutes a day. Since using them with each clear aligner my improvements have greatly diminished as the intrusion and rotation of the anterior teeth are much more predictable. Highly recommended.
