As other reviews have said the customer service is amazing. For this reason I am giving a written review. The helmet itself is amazing. I'm new to horseback riding so I won't have the picky tastes of a pro but I feel like he does everything he's supposed to do and then some. The gloves were too small and the helmet could be a bit smaller. Within hours they answered my email and sent a replacement with fast shipping! The battery seems a little jumpy. But I am sure that if something goes wrong, the support team will help me quickly. That is trust in the company. In a world of greedy business, these guys set the gold standard. Thank you for keeping my watermelon safe and sound and thank you for treating your customers well. you rock!
