Review on ROCHAN by Timothy Henry

I was eager to check out ROCHAN's web store because I enjoy being outside, and they made it sound like they were a step above the competition. My interaction with the business, however, was utterly annoying. First first, there wasn't much variation in the product selection, either in terms of brands or styles. This made it challenging for me to discover exactly what I was looking for and made me feel as like I was making a compromise. Second, the quality of the items I bought was disappointing; several of them already showed signs of usage and deterioration. This was particularly frustrating given the high costs ROCHAN charges, which are not commensurate with the caliber of the goods. Finally, ROCHAN's customer service was a huge letdown. The personnel was indifferent and useless despite my repeated attempts to get in touch with them for help with my purchase; they appeared more concerned in pushing sales than assisting me in finding the proper things. Overall, I wouldn't advise other outdoor enthusiasts to use ROCHAN. They are simply inferior than the competition due to their small range of subpar goods and bad customer service. Look elsewhere if you want to save time and money on your outdoor apparel needs.
