I have bought several and am happy with them as they say they fit. But I do not know. How do you know? You only know when there is a surge or a power outage. My only concern is that the customer (me) will pay for the return shipping. It will be deducted from the purchase price. Unfortunately I bought more than I need. And I'm hesitant to return the excess because I don't know how much the shipping will cost. you don't speak
