Your best bet is building materials
I'm laying a vapor barrier underground and have ordered a variety of tapes from Revain. This is moose from Shopwalla. This is the only time I have seen an Elk logo advertisement on the box and when you receive the band there is no Elk logo on the band. There are also no specs on the tape or packaging. Second, it is advertised at 9 million. thick. I also bought Blue Summit 9 mil tape and this Elk tape is less than half the thickness, very thin. Being thin makes it easy to work and cut, but if you're expecting 9 mil I'd go with the Blue Summit! This was done by Revain so I'm surprised they don't check the specs.
