For some reason my write speed to every drive I install is absolutely minimal at around 13MB/s after a quick spike at startup. I've tried different drives, I've tried setting them up as a raid, I've uninstalled and reinstalled them, none of it makes a difference. Their customer support is non-existent - there is no help to ensure the drives are configured. The instruction manual is simple and practically functionless. When you visit their website, the product link is broken and has been there for months. There seems to be issues with this device and Windows 10 - I see many unanswered questions on their forums about people seeing terrible read/write speeds. but their calls for support go unanswered. Play it safe and buy something other than this cheap junk. I'm not interested in spending hundreds of extra dollars to have someone else fix it for me. It's just better to buy something that works out of the box without risking it not working at all like this junk.
