I used it all over Michigan over the weekend so I could see how it worked before writing a review. For what you pay it's really good. You need to find a middle ground in tension so that it will hold speed for a while so you can give your gas a rest and you need to tighten it from time to time. You may need a better quality rubber washer. I wouldn't want to use it on a long cross-country trip, most likely I'd take an Atlas for such a trip. But for the occasional pause to shake out your right hand, you can't grumble about the price.
