I don't think these rollers are better or worse than they are different. The stickiness is different from regular sticky rollers and they seem less sticky but they actually stick less to clothes and more to hair so that's really good. I think it depends on what kind of fabric it's used with. I have a dog and wear a lot of black, so I roll up my clothes the way some people iron theirs. They're great for athletic fabrics like tights and lighter workwear, but I think classic roller skates work better with materials like fleece. I accidentally put this sticky roll on top of my original sticky roll and the peeling was a lot worse than you might think. I will say that this roller is a little problematic, if you roll it against the fibers of the roller the page will start to unravel, but this is easily fixed by turning it the other way. So I'm deducting a star, although I think it's a great product and I'll definitely be buying more in the future. You probably can't even fix it. Besides, who's that anal writing reviews on sticky reels? You must take this into account.
