I bought this cooler on purpose because I bought a white Phanteks P500A DRGB case. I also bought because it was made by Phanteks, I have had many of their products and they are happy with everything. Arrived well packaged but the radiator fins were bent. I've seen reviews on YouTube showing the same issue. It won't affect performance, but it should be a manufacturer issue that they should fix. Also, the cooler was easy to install on my Ryzen 3700x, the instructions and illustrations are very well done. Comes with 3 pipe clamps that keep the radiator pipes level and looking neat (brilliant). The hoses are very flexible and easy to manipulate, beautiful white braided sleeve. The Argb pump cap snaps into place after installation, which is nice and makes installation easy. Thermal paste is pre-applied, but Phanteks also puts a big tube of paste on top if you need to reinstall it, a nice touch. The Argb Halo fan surrounds feel nice too. The radiator fans are quiet and pump a lot of air. Runs much colder than the tower cooler it replaced on my old system (10 to 20 degrees). The pump cover and fan assembly simply plug into one of the fan daisy chain connectors included with the P500a. Argb is controlled via 2 buttons on the top of the case (mode, color). No need to install clunky software. It's a great looking cooler, well built and more importantly, very good performance.
