I am a lazy bachelor. Here I said it. I have a full set of dishes at home, but my favorite dish is 1 liter. Pyrex bowl. I call it "Dog Bowl" because I use it for everything; I eat cereal and milk from it. Also soups, stews, popcorn, whatever. Pyrex is the best because you can blow it up or heat it in the oven. Well my old one is worn and scratched so I invested in a set of 6 Pyrex Smart Essentials mixing bowls. The best investment I've ever made! Came in a thick heavy box. I've always wanted bigger sizes and now I have 1.5 and 2.5 liters as well. bowls in addition to the new 1 sqm. Bowl. I have lids for them that fit well and each bowl has a nice rim that's easy to grab when it's hot. A nice bonus is that not only are they made in the USA, they're also made in my home state! My only "complaint" is that I had to purchase an 8 piece set of 4 quarts. bowl and lid!
