Heavy duty CPU choke is almost impossible!
Very simple and efficient case for your Raspberry Pi 4. Run stress-ng (six threads) for 30 minutes on all 4 cores, the whole run used 100% CPU. The temperature never exceeded 62 degrees Celsius. The ambient temperature in the room was 27 degrees Celsius. Throttling only occurs from 85 degrees. I would say that outdoors in South Florida as long as you don't put this thing in direct sunlight it will hold up to anything you throw at it. . The included thermal tape fell apart when I tried to peel off the labels, so it might be worth saving some extra while you check.
