Summary: Great price for a nice jacket but it definitely runs small - and prepare to check it out before the Wear to iron. Details: I bought this in a size 10 for my long torso 7 year old who usually wears youth center / size 8 in shirts. I ordered a size up so he can wear it next year but that probably won't happen. The length fit him perfectly out of the pocket and the midsection is too tight to close well (he's of pretty average build - neither fat nor skinny). Still, it looks great on him and was a lot cheaper than some of the other blazers I've compared. My order arrived folded and wrapped in plastic in a soft padded envelope. The jacket was well protected but definitely needed to be ironed before wearing. (I would do just about anything to get rid of the ironing but it was really necessary.) The pockets were sewn up too - not a problem but something to look for and take care of before your child puts this on. Overall I would give 4 stars because of the fit. I probably wouldn't have ordered it if I knew the center section would be too tight to close well, but it looked great and was affordable with fast shipping.
