This keyboard requires a working battery to function in wired mode, unlike any other keyboard I've had. Because of this, some people might think the keyboard was broken if they used it wired all the time, leading people to throw away an otherwise good keyboard. Because the keyboard needs to be charged, it consumes more power than a regular keyboard, even a regular RGB keyboard. This keyboard overloaded both of my USB ports on my monitor and damaged some cables. I thought I could get over this. But I found the best keyboard for what I was looking for. I highly recommend it, it sounds and feels good, but people don't talk about how urgent the need for a working battery can be.
