It's quick, simple to learn once you get used to how its works (and takes all of 4 minutes). Customize as needed. You can modify anything in your database including fields/attributes AND filter options within seconds! If there was only one thing I'd change? Not sure what would be helpful here--it does everything well enough already! The ability to export any type of file format - even multiple formats at same time!! This software has made our job so much easier during this pandemic -- we're more productive now than ever before since being able to easily track contacts who've been tested via PPE utilization, medical usage, etc.
