Review on Tablet Apple iPad Pro 11 (2020), RU, 6 GB/128 GB, Wi-Fi, silver by Agata Paula ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's the best purchase I ever made, I will definitely do it again.

For the average user (who does not plan to turn the tablet into a permanent work tool and laptop replacement), the choice of Pro can only be driven by the desire to have 120Hz. A more rational purchase for content consumption would be a regular iPad, which costs 2 times cheaper, and offers about the same thing, in addition it has a headphone jack and a more reliable case.

Pros
  • 1) 120 Hz - the main argument when choosing Pro, the smoothness of the interface is an incredible pleasure to use 2) Performance - it is generally redundant, any user action is accompanied by an instant response of the tablet 3) Stereo speakers 4) USB-C
Cons
  • 1) Thin metal of the back cover, fragility of the case, if you turn on the music at high volume, you can feel the vibration of the back of the case. 2) Lack of 3.5 mm headphone jack in a device with a “Pro” prefix 3) Inconvenient implementation of multitasking - to launch a split screen, you need to pull the application from the bottom bar, and it can be there either because it is always there, or if the option to show recently launched applications is enabled. It turns out that if you need to enable an application in split-screen mode that is not in the lower bar, and at the same time I did not enable the option of recently launched applications, then I need to first launch it, and then select the one that is in the lower bar. Too unintuitive to use it regularly. If I want to launch 2 applications that are not in the lower bar, I cannot do this. 4) There is no normal FB application, only various third-party crutches, the most normal of which is a shortcut to the web version of FB. 5) Surprisingly, there is no built-in calculator app, moreover, there is basically no official calculator app on the iPad. We need to look for substitutes. 6) FaceID was not as convenient as TouchID. It regularly happens that I take the tablet in horizontal mode from the side on which the camera and sensors are located, I have to intercept the tablet / perform some manipulations - this is inconvenient.
